Hi there! I’m Kamalesh, UX Design working at Google, India.
I love learning how people think and behave, and I leverage research to design user-centered products and experiences which solve both user and business problems. My process is hands-on, collaborative, and iterative. Although I have a holistic view of user experience design, I am most focused on interaction design, user research, and usability testing.
I chose UX design as it was frustrating for me to think how people were often prisoners to poorly designed products that made their lives more difficult. My goal is to design products and experiences that are meaningful and impactful, and I’m especially interested in utilizing new technologies to improve people’s lives in innovative ways.

Kamalesh started in my team from April 2021 as a UX Designer. He had no reputation in PreSales at that time as he came from a different unit in SAP. After a short onboarding time he quickly picked up on the customer engagements that came up and more and more colleagues wanted to exclusively work with him. Kamalesh always delivered in time or before with a high quality outcome. Where input was needed he proactively gathered it to story flows, high quality UX designs that "Wowed" customers. He was also proficient in conducting Design Thinking Sessions from preparation to leading it towards tangible outcomes.
Kamalesh was not only a great UX Designer and an asset to the team but also a magnificent colleague who will truly be missed. I wish him all the best for his future endeavours!
